Resignation letter submitted.
Mixed feeling though...
Happy? Sad? Relieved?
Well, was no happy no sad and don't feel relieve as I believe anywhere I go, there must be challenges waiting for me.
Of course before I made the decision, there was still lots of reasons pulling me to stay.
I asked myself,
MC's Questions:
"In an age of 20+, are you really want to step in to OEM?"
"Seriously, Min Cheat, 2 years and 10 months, you think that you enough learned?"
"Are you trying to escape from the challenges you have to faced?
MC's Answers:
"Hmmm...I believe OEM have OEM company's type of pressure and style, why don't I look to hows they work on in this age and why should I only step into OEM in late age?"
" Of course no, there were still lots of things i can't finish learn, but is that I have to learn until I nothing learn only I leave? do you believe there is someday that have nothing to learn?"
"Which hole you step into have no pressure?"
Take a deep breath...*Huuuuuu...*
You shall ask me why? and I should answer your why.
*calm down myself and think deeply*
The simple & preferred answer of mine would be,
I wish to have a new working environment.
I wish to slightly touch on something different from my current task.
I wish to get better offers in term of $ & benefits.
Decision made, look at front and continue walk the crooked path positively! =)
